By accessing or using the website, products, and services of Oulide ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our services, including but not limited to our website, product catalogs, ordering systems, and customer support channels.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our services are intended for business-to-business (B2B) industrial customers seeking pressure sensing products, including pressure sensors, level sensors, temperature sensors, pressure transmitter modules, and ceramic sensing components.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or making inquiries
• Use our products only for their intended industrial applications
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of our services without express written permission

Prohibited Uses:

• Using our products in applications that may cause harm to persons or property without proper safety measures
• Reselling our products as your own without prior written agreement
• Reverse engineering our products for competitive purposes
• Any use that violates international trade regulations or export controls

All content, features, and functionality of our services -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product designs, technical specifications, software, and documentation -- are owned by Oulide and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

The Oulide name, logo, and all related product names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of Oulide. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Technical documents, datasheets, and product specifications provided are for reference purposes only and may not be reproduced or distributed without authorization.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and technical data are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Products may vary slightly from images shown. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice to improve performance or reliability.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that selected products are suitable for their intended application. For critical applications, please consult with our technical team before ordering.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Oulide. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in the agreed-upon currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, duties, or other applicable fees unless explicitly stated.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual purchase agreements or quotations. Standard payment methods include wire transfer and other methods as agreed upon. Orders may be held until payment is confirmed.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel orders must be submitted in writing. Acceptance of such requests is at our discretion and may be subject to fees, particularly for custom or made-to-order products.

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be provided with each quotation. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin) unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.

The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Please inspect all shipments upon receipt. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.

Limited Warranty

Oulide warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period specified in the product documentation (typically 12 months from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated).

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or maintenance
• Damage resulting from use outside specified operating parameters
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage from environmental factors outside product specifications

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Business information shared during the ordering process, including technical requirements and application details, will be treated as confidential and used solely for fulfilling your orders and improving our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.

For international customers, we may agree to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including arbitration under mutually agreed rules, as specified in individual purchase agreements.
